Because of the high cost associated with international transit, some of our policies differ for international orders.

We still back everything we sell with our industry leading money-back satisfaction guarantees and warranties, but there are some terms that apply to international orders.

1.  All international orders will require an adult signature for delivery.

2.  As dictated by our credit card processor, international orders are held for up to 5 business days before being shipped.   We will ship your package as soon as we get the approval from the credit card company.

3.  Because of the high cost of international shipping, in the unlikely event of a return or repair, shipping both ways is the responsibility of the buyer.
