We know that you’re excited to receive your new lighting system so we do our best to get them out the same day that you order.
While we can’t guarantee it for every order, the vast majority of orders go out immediately.

Note Regarding Credit Card Payments / Review Process
Every so often, the company that we use to process credit card asks us to hold on shipment for 24 hrs while they run a quick review process. This takes a maximum of 1 business day and is not in itself an indication of a problem. If this does happen on your order, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, but remember that it is for your protection. We will ship your unit as soon as we have the necessary approval.
