How The Feedback Message System Works

Our customer feedback line is an automated voicemail system. All you have to do is call the number listed above, and leave a short message.
Please keep in mind that we may share your message, so you may want to omit personal info that you would like to keep private.

Tips for Leaving a Message

Your message may be featured in an upcoming “audio testimonials” section of our site. Please tell us how and where you are using the lights, and any details that you would like to share. Feel free to include details such as the number and type of fish you are seeing, fishing techniques, water conditions, your expectations, or anything else you like.

If there is anything that you would like to share with us, but would not like published, please feel free to Contact Us via our regular numbers or email.

We would also love to have any photos or videos that you might have taken. Please feel free to send them to and we can incorporate them with your recorded message.

What Happens to Your Message?

One of our staff will listen to your message shortly after you record it. We may decide to post all or some of your recording on our website or in other media. Your message may be edited for time or content, depending on the situation. By leaving a message on this line, you are giving permission to publish your recording at our discretion. If you include your contact information, please do so at the beginning or end of your message so that we can easily remove it during editing for your privacy.

What If I Don’t Like My Message?

If there’s anything you don’t like about your message, simply hang up, and call the number again. Your messages will be heard by a live person, so we’ll be sure to post only the “good version”.
